He is still energized and driven by interpersonal relationships and the synergy within a group of people who can grow, create, encourage and be challenged to reach their highest possible potential.

Through his experiences and successes, he knows he can add value and focus to any individual and company, helping them be more effective, focused and successful, especially… in this current climate we find ourselves in. He travels extensively outside the USA, to develop ideas and work with various organizations internationally, in real estate and investments, both with businesses, and individuals building and creating new opportunities and investment ideas is a thrill and passion.

Since 1997, Scott has helped over 1,000 families find homes and has secured multiple development and land deals throughout Florida, Central and South America and Mexico. Scott enjoys real estate and truly appreciates the opportunity to help so may people.

Scott eventually joined RE/MAX Realtec Group as a Broker, a Tampa Bay based brokerage looking to expand from the west coast into the east coast of Florida.  Realtec has acquired 9 real estate locations across central Florida, including RE/MAX Associated Realty, and holds almost 300 agents combined between entities.  As one of the top 50 brokerages amongst franchises nationally, and with over $1.2 billion in sales volume, Scott is thrilled to be part of the continued growth of the Realtec Group family of companies.
