Residential Property Management and Leasing

Have you been considering renting your property?  Are you looking for assistance to free yourself of the time and effort needed to manage an investment  property?  You should feel at ease that you will make the right choice in selecting us as your personal property management professionals. We manage a portfolio of approximately 100 doors and maintain a vacancy rate under 2%! Our main focus is to service the landlords and tenants in our portfolio.

What We Do

We will manage the marketing of your rental(s).

We handle new prospects and manage existing tenant relations.

As part of our rental application process, we screen candidates for you.  This includes screening for credit, verifiable income source, employment, and rental history.

We accept rental payments and we collect, hold and disburse security deposits as needed.

We resolve maintenance issues and complaints through our 24/7 monitored phone line for emergencies during non-business hours.
We are staffed 7 days a week so your tenant is able to speak to someone or visit our office during business hours.

We have established relationships with various vendors, many of which offer us preferred rates when maintenance repairs are necessary.  We keep a credit card on file for repairs of $300 and under

Our property management agreement and tenant leases are done on an annual basis. We assist in drafting lease renewals and notices as needed.

Our Property Manager is a licensed Realtor and a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).

We handle move-in and move-out inspections, drive-by properties regularly during tenancy, and inspect properties yearly upon renewal.
