Living the Length & Width of your life!

It’s day 2 of the New Year….2020!  Many are making goals to celebrate their lives in some way.  Sometimes it’s the simple joys that remind us gently to slow down, celebrate life, and enjoy the moment!  Here are just a few suggestions that will allow us to breathe deep and exhale vibrantly!  

  • Go for a bike ride
  • Plant pots of brightly colored flowers
  • Blow Bubbles
  • Get a delicious, gooey brownie and savor every morsel.
  • Create a butterfly garden in your yard by choosing butterfly-friendly plants
  • Go to a body of water near you and skip rocks
  • Make a donation of your time to a food shelter/donate clothes to a battered women’s shelter/donate books to a hospital nearby
  • Walk barefoot in the grass or on a sandy beach
  • Have an ice cream cone
  • Listen to Louis Armstrong sing “What a Wonderful World”
