I was born and raised in Plymouth, MA, and moved to Florida in 1994. I was one of the last members of my family to relocate to the beautiful sunshine state. I love the Florida lifestyle but admit to missing the cold winters. I lived in Brevard County from 1994 until moving to the charming city of Sebastian in 2005. Both are amazing places to live! ”

Before entering the exciting world of real estate, I had a career as an Auditor for a relocation/transportation company. My background in auditing has equipped me with a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to contracts and negotiations. I will put that knowledge to work for you when it comes to helping you sell or purchase your next home. I am a member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Space Coast Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I have earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and am committed to continuing education.

I am a proud dog mom to a Golden Retriever named Buddy. I love hiking and discovering new trails. I recently attempted my first ½ marathon which was a challenge, but without challenge, there is no growth. I also love to travel and in 2018 I was able to visit Jackson Hole, WY, and Yellowstone National Park – crossed that off my bucket list!

I am very blessed to have a close relationship with my daughter, Alyssa Gervais. We both wanted a fulfilling career where we are working with and helping people while being able to enjoy the beautiful community, we reside in. We decided to get our real estate licenses together and developed The Gervais Team. We chose to move our licenses to RE/MAX because we believe they are one of the best brands in the industry and because of their positive, proactive, and progressive values. We work with an amazingly supportive and talented team at RE/MAX Associated Realty in Vero Beach.

We specialize in residential real estate and work with buyers, sellers, and renters in Brevard and Indian River Counties. As real estate professionals, our priority is to make our customers happy. We believe that buying or selling real estate is the biggest financial decision a person will make in their lifetime.
